Sumits Hot Yoga invites you to experience the ultimate mind-body practice. Our 80 minute classes are designed to cleanse your body and mind. We practice yoga in a room heated to 95-105 degrees with about 50% humidity. The heat makes your body more elastic and pliable, which makes for easier and safer stretching throughout the series of poses.
